Steellong produce various grades of Perforated Pipe in 304L, 321, 310 and nickel alloys with a dimensional tolerance of +/- 0.015” over a 3 metre length. Perforated tube applications include dye spindles and dye beams, cold pad batch beams, filters and exhaust baffles. We offer a range of perforated tubes in bespoke length and diameter dimensions from a variety of proven materials which can be used for dyeing cotton or fabric within the textile industry, as well as other applications.

Excellent anti-corrosion ability
Perforated pipe is made of high quality stainless steel, and has good ability to resist corrosion from acid alkali and salt, and can meet the special requirements of the wells containing H2S CO2, and high cl- . The slot will not get wider after long-term down hole service.
Excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability
The perforated pipe has excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability because of its structure. The filtration jacket is supported by the base pipe, and the strength of the perforated pipe is only 2-3% reduced compared with the API casing or tubing. Even if there are partial deformation, the slot width will not get wider, and the sand control will be not lost.
