Steellong is typically machine long round parts such as shafts, spindles, pins, tubes and rings in our state-of-the-art CNC Horizontal Turning Centers. We have numerous CNC lathes which are capable of machining common metals like steel and aluminum as well as soft metals like copper, bronze, and even plastic. Our lathes have spindle capacities up to 10 inches, contain multiple turrets, and produce power outputs up to 25 HP. Typical products produced range from diesel locomotives to forklifts covering industries such as industrial, military, and transportation.

Steellong can supply you a wide range of precision cnc milled and turned parts.Each part is manufactured on our state of the art CNC Turning Centers. Secondary operations like drilling, tapping, heat treatment and surface plating are also done in-house.

The CNC Turning shaft are made as per the tolerance by checking precisely quality at all stages of production. They make use of distinct high-grade turning tools to engineer these CNC turned components. The finished products ensure accuracy, reliability, high performance & toughness.
