Manual Milling Stations.
There are skilled operators and staff available to meet required product specifications. Our skilled engineers are able to thoroughly draw, engineer and prototype the product. And the licensed journeymen have the ability to hand craft precision custom parts on site.

C.N.C. Machining Centers
There are computerized, numerically controlled vertical and horizontal mills ready to make product. We have operator, quality, setup and programming staff on hand throughout our twenty four hour work day. Our C.N.C. machining centers offer accurate milling, boring, drilling, counter boring, and tapping at rapid intervals.

We use CNC and auto lathes to turn precision parts which enables us to :
turn stock from 1mm to 100mm diameter
turn parts to a high tolerance and surface finish
produce complex components in a single operation to reduce cost
maintain consistency
produce in high volumes

We undertake CNC turning, milling and drilling work to customers drawings.
