The Policy of Steellong Sample

In order to give our customer a clear image of the product, Steellong is ready to send samples if required. Sample policies are as follows:

I. Free samples: small pieces of woven wire cloth(if stock available),perforated metal(if stock available) expanded metal(if stock available)(such as A4 size smaller or bigger) is free of charge. But for fine mesh,depends on the different situation,certain cost might be collected.

II. Paid samples: for certain quantity of woven wire mesh, wire fence, and other finished wire mesh products such as wire mesh basket,metal filters,BBQ grills,knitted wire mesh mist eliminator,sieving mesh,wire mesh containers,wire mesh skimmers,speaker grills,fan guards,fire guards etc. certain production cost will be collected. However, there might be certain stock for above-mentioned products, under this circumustances, sample fees might not be collected.

III. The possible sample fees might include: material cost, mould cost,labour cost,express cost. As a rule, the customer needs to pay the material cost,mould cost(if necessary) and express mail cost.

IV. As a practice, all sample fees will be duducted from the future payment of the customer(unless otherwise stated).

V. Steellong can collect sample fees by T/T or paypal

Sieves
A traditional, highly skilled craft. Steellong Wire Cloth manufacture wire mesh sieves with Polypropylene Frames and a Stainless Steel Clamp Band (diameters available from 6" to 21.5").
The advantage of this type is that the replacement can easily be fitted. We also offer a Re-Meshing service from our wide range of stocks.
In addition to the 'Poly' sieves, conical sieves are also available.

Filters
We are equipped to produce Shaped Mesh Filters and Cylinders to your specifications.

Screens for Plastic Extruders
With our vast array of tools, we can supply Wire Mesh Discs, Circles, Rectangular and Washer Shaped Extruder Screens; in sizes, specifications and metals to suit your order.

Steellong offers barbed tape of five varieties:
Electro galvanized barbed tape wire;
Hot-dip zinc-plating barbed tape wire;
PVC coated barbed tape wire;
PE coated barbed tape wire and
Stainless steel barbed wire.

Besides traditional barbed wire products, We also developed a new kind of barbed wire, razor type barbed wire, which offers sharper blade and better security for protecting.

Barbed Tape is often used together with different fences to reinforce security for residences, buildings and places. Barbed wire is used in a form of tapes to form a fences, so it is also called barbed tape or barbed fences.

Galvanized Barbed Tape:
We supply Galvanized Barbed Tape Wire in IOWA type, with 2 strands, 4 points. Barbs' distance 3-6 inches ( Tolerance +- 1/2" ).
Galvanized Barbed Tape offered by us is suitable for industry, agriculture, animal husbandry, dwelling house, plantation or fencing.

Technical Info of PVC Coated Barbed Iron Wire:

Core of PVC Coated Barbed Iron Wire can be galvanized iron wire or black annealed iron wire.
A variety of colors like green, blue, yellow, orange, gray, is available with PVC Coated Barbed Iron Wire produced by us.
Tensile strength of Standard PVC Coated Barbed Iron Wire is 30-45 kgs./sq.mm.
Packing: In coil of 25 kilos or 50 kilos net, lined with P.V.C strips, then wrapped with P.V.C or hessian cloth.

Steellong maintain a comprehensive stock of stainless steel woven wire mesh, and can also supply plain, galvanised and other alloys in a variety of roll widths and weave types.
Wire mesh cloth can be supplied on the roll, 'as cut' from the roll or in flat panels of varying sizes and shapes to suit your requirements.
Standard roll lengths are 30.5 metres x 1220mm wide. A limited number of specifications are available up to 2000mm.

Architectural wire meshes, for a broad range of applications, are woven to order in Stainless Steel, Phosphor Bronze and Copper. Galvanized steel mesh is available in a limited number of specifications.
Architectural wire mesh is woven using rigid wire or a combination of rigid wire and braided wire cable where a more flexible mesh is required. The specifications are determined by varying the spacings between the wires or cables and through the use of different wire diameters.

Wire Cloth Precision Slitting: Slit Widths are available from 0.60" and larger. We offer our coils with and without cardboard cores and offer above industry tolerances.

Wire Cloth Precision Shearing: Steellong has automated shear lines to insure consisted quality of each and every part. Our parts are sheared flat and square!

Wire Cloth Calendering: This is a process of flattening the intersections of the wires. We can calander material up to 30" wide in sheets and coils.

Wire Cloth Flattening and Stretching: This unique process allows us to stabilize mesh. This procedure improves the overall quality of the mesh and can offer many benefits. We can stretch materials up to 60" wide.

Wire Cloth Annealing: This makes the material softer and easier to form without tearing the mesh.
